OPP busts driver for impaired.

 (Minden, ON) – On September 26th, 2011 at approximately 5:15 pm, members of the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a complaint of a swerving vehicle southbound on Highway #35, just north of Minden.

 Officers pulled the vehicle over on Water Street inMinden, and determined that the operator of the vehicle had been consuming alcohol.

 Raymond Horton, 60 years of Thornhill, Ontariois charged with Impaired Driving and Drive a Motor Vehicle – Over 80mgs.  Mr Horton is to appear in Minden court on November 2nd, 2011, to deal with the charges.
