Ridgeway Man Charged with Impaired Operation of a Vessel

 (HALIBURTON, ON) –Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Central Region Snowmobile, ATV and Vessel Enforcement (SAVE) Team, were patrolling Raven Lake in Algonquin Highlands on September 2rd, 2011.

 At approximately 8:45 pm, the officers encountered a vessel and determined that the operator of the vessel had been consuming alcohol.

 Scott Hepburn, 57 years of Ridgeway, Ontario, is charged with Impaired Operation of a Vessel, and Operate a Vessel – Over 80mgs.  Mr Hepburn is to appear in Mindencourt on October 5, 2011, to deal with the charges.
