OPP – Arrest on Kushog Lake – Don’t drink and boat – it’ll cost ya’

Drinking and boating is a no-no.

 Milton Man Charged with Operating a Vessel- Over 80

 (HALIBURTON, ON) –Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Central Region Snowmobile, ATV, Vessel Enforcement (SAVE) Team, were patrolling Kushog Lake in Algonquin Highlands, on August 14th, 2011 at approximately6:00pm.

 During their investigation, officers determined that the operator of a vessel that they had stopped, had been consuming alcohol.

 Bruce Borden, 47 years of Milton, Ontario, has been charged with Operating a Vessel Over 80 mgs.  Mr Borden is to appear in Minden court on October 5th, 2011 to deal with the charges.
