The rides? The parade? Yes it's carnival.

BY Terrance Gavan

Everyone loves a parade.

Or so it seems.

Maybe the guy following the horses with the wheelbarrow?

Not so much.

But everyone else. Definitely loves a parade.

The streets of Haliburton were teeming on Wednesday night with parade lovers, kids, Rotary Carnival goers, residents and cottagers.

Tap on the slide show with some vintage rap from?? Guess who. No not the group! Guess! Email me with the answer!

It’s August. And that means Rotary Carnival.

It’s been drawing people to downtown Haliburton for decades.

And the tradition continues.

Kudos to those Rotary members who utilize this vehicle to continue their charitable work.

We all love a parade. And the rides. And bright green cars.

The Gav had to head home to see to his traumatized Billie Jean right after the fireworks.

We’ll have a video and the car winner up here shortly.

Thanks for tuning into Haliburton News.ca.
