The Hurricane blows into Barrie, Ontario next month.

Colorado Avalanche forward Matt Duchene will suit up on Thursday August 11 with LA Kings forward Richard Clune, St. Louis Blues forward Stefan Della Rovere, Boston Bruins Goalie Mike Hutchinson, former Maple Leaf Bill Derlago, former Washington Capital Wes Jarvis and Winnipeg Jet Bryan Little. reports that the exhibition contest is slated for the Barrie Molson Centre.

“Having a player like Matt Duchene, who is the leading Avalanche goal scorer and an NHL All-Star, is outstanding. This is really shaping up to be one of our most impressive line-ups to date,” said Barrie MP Patrick Brown.
Barrie Advance’s Shaun Sauve, Justin Heran from the Shriners Club, and Joe Johnson from Joe Johnson Equipment have also been added to the line up as community players.
