Local Business hit. $38,000 in goods stolen.

Members of the Ontario Provincial Police, (OPP) Haliburton Highlands Detachment, are investigating a break, enter and theft to a commercial business on Kennaway Road, east of Haliburton.

The incident occurred between Thursday, June 30 at approximately 5 p.m., and Friday, July 1 at 9 a.m.

A quantity of specially manufactured steel, tools and parts to be used in production at the business, were taken during the incident. The value of these items is estimated at approximately $38,000.
